TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate our services to anyone at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
You have the option of canceling your account at any time. In the event of cancellation or termination, all data related to your account will be lost.
What is your shipping policy?
For in stock items, we try our best to ship orders on the same day. But it may take us up to 48 hours depending on the amount of orders.
If we receive the orders before 1:00 PM PST, there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day. If you urgently need your order, please make a special request to our sales representative by via e-mail/fax/telephone. We will try our best to meet your request based on the queue length.
All orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the next day. All orders will ONLY be shipped out if we have received payment.
* If you have a shipping account that you want to use, please provide the account number when you place the order.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item(s) is out of stock we will ship all items that are available & ready to ship. For the items out of stock we will update comment section on order with out of stock items.
What is your return policy?
All items are final sales. Exchanges or store credit will be provided only for damaged or defective items that are reported within 14 days upon receiving delivery. No refunds at any time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our showroom without prior approval will NOT receive store credit.
Any requests for returns and exchanges after 14 days will not be approved.
The procedure for returning damaged or defective merchandise is as follow,
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the subject header "Return Request" and provide us with all necessary details.
Your return request email must include:
Style number, color, size, and quantity
Reason for return
Photos of the merchandise you wish to return
2) Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation
3) If your return request has been approved, you will receive a separate email containing a return label to send back the merchandise.
4) Store credit will be issued to your account once we have received the returned items. The credit will automatically be applied to your next invoice.
